Replacement & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Replacement & Refund Policy carefully.
  • 1. Returns and Replacements
  • We offer a replacement or refund for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of purchase. To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • 1.1 The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • 1.2 The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.

  • 1.3 The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery.

  • How to Request a Return or Replacement:
    • Contact our customer service team at info@dmhtoy.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

    • If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

    • For replacements, we will ship the new item to you once we have received the original item.

  • 2. Refunds
  • Refunds are available for items that meet the criteria above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

  • Please Note:
    • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been used, worn, or altered.

    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

  • 3. Non-returnable Items
  • Some items may not be eligible for returns or refunds, including but not limited to: 

    • Perishable goods
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software or digital content
  • 4. Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or an error occurred in fulfillment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • 5. Exchanges
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

  • 6. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
