About the Product
Pendants, figurines, and blind boxes are not works of art. During the production process, some imperfections may occur, such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, bubbles, odors, slightly asymmetrical straps, and small gaps at the joints. These are all normal. Perfection is not an issue and minor imperfections do not constitute quality issues. Returns or exchanges based on these minor flaws are not accepted.
About Packaging
All DMHTOY products are shipped brand new and unopened (opened packaging will be noted). We pack them meticulously (all products are packed in 5-layer cartons and bubble wrap). However, due to the bumps and bruises caused by the cartons during transportation, the outer packaging may be damaged by squeezing or cracking. This will not affect the product's performance.
How to Protect Your Rights
① Products that are not suitable for resale (unopened packaging) are eligible for free returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
② Once the product has been opened (including the outer plastic seal), no returns or exchanges are accepted. If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately for resolution.
